The New Year is a time for resolutions so Flint management uses this symbolic time to renew the Company’s commitment to safe practices. Industry and construction associations promote this time period as their Safety Stand Down campaign where executives speak to front line workers. This resolve is more than symbolic and features a visit to each of Flint’s sites by senior management to meet with employees and talk about the importance of and commitment to our employees’ and contractors’ safety. We know that hearing directly from senior management of the Company is an important factor in Flint’s exceptional safety record which improves each year even while Flint has dramatically increased its activity and number of employees.
