W.J. (Bill) Lingard
President and Chief Executive Officer

Bill Lingard obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Memorial University in St. John's, Newfoundland in 1982. He began his career with Halliburton Energy Services in 1982 and spent 18 years in technical and management positions with Halliburton. His roles included East Coast Operations Manager, management positions in Houston, Texas and Country Manager of Halliburton Canada. In late 1999, he joined Bonus Well Servicing as the Vice President, Operations and became Chief Operating Officer of Enserco Energy Service Company Inc. ("Enserco"), the entity resulting from a merger with Tetonka Drilling Inc. and H&R Drilling Ltd. Following Enserco's sale to Nabors in April 2002, Bill became President of Nabors Drilling Ltd. and Chief Operating Officer of Nabors Canada LP. In January 2005, Bill joined Flint Energy Services Ltd. as President and Chief Executive Officer. He also sits on Flint's Board. Bill also sites on the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) Board. His industry roles have included positions as Chairman of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC) in 2000 and Chairman of the Executive Oilmen's Association in 2004.


Paul M. Boechler
Chief Financial Officer

Paul M. Boechler has 27 years experience in financial accounting and management. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1980 and articled with a predecessor of KPMG in Calgary. In 1983, he joined Czar Resources Ltd., a junior oil and gas company listed on the TSE. During the next 15 years he held positions of Controller, Vice President of Finance and CFO for Czar and a number of other public companies managed by same group, including Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. During this time he took the ICAA CFO Leadership course, was a member of the ICAA professional development committee and was a member of the committee designing the ICAA controller leadership course. In 1998 after both Czar and Orbit had been acquired in hostile takeover bids, he joined IPEC Ltd a start up oil and gas services company. Over the next 3 years in positions of Vice President Finance and CFO, IPEC grew to $250 million in revenue and in 2001 IPEC was acquired by Flint Energy Services Ltd, as the public company platform to grow Flint and take it public. He serviced as vice President Finance until June 2003, when he moved to the United States as succession planning for the US operations of Flint. Prior to his promotion to CFO in March 2007, he was President of Flint Energy Services Inc.


Wayne Shaw
Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Services

Wayne Shaw has 24 years experience in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science (Applied Mathematics) degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1984. From 1984 to 1996, Wayne worked for Imperial Oil Limited in construction project alliance management, strategic alliance management, total quality management and contractor efficiency. In 1996, Wayne became President of Procall Management Ltd., which specialized in capital project management, performance measurement programs and strategic relationship development.  Since 2001, Wayne has led the construction business unit of Flint in his capacity as Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Services.


Keith Lambert
Senior Vice President, Production Services

Keith Lambert is responsible for the Canadian division of Production Services, which covers a broad range of field activities including small inch pipe installation, maintenance services, electrical and instrumentation services, turnarounds and safety training from Flint's multiple field service locations throughout Western Canada. Keith began his career with Flint in 1992 and most recently led the Conventional Oil and Gas segment as Vice President and has been part of the executive team for the past two years. Keith is a professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta.

 

 

Shawn Carry
Vice President, Transco Energy Services

Shawn Carry has over 20 years of experience in the transportation business starting with Joyline Inc., a private trucking operation that was acquired by Transco Energy Services Ltd. in 2004. Shawn has held several management positions including President - Joyline, Controller - Joyline and Vice President - Tubular Management at Flint. He is well respected by customers and employees for his knowledge and reputation in the oilfield transportation sector. Flint's Oilfield Transportation operating segment, Transco Energy Services, offers drilling and service rig moving, off road transport, light hauling, and specialized heavy module hauling services to northern and western Canadian oil and gas producers. 


Bryce SatterBryce Satter
President, Flint Energy Services Inc. (USA)

Bryce is responsible for overseeing our US subsidiary Flint Energy Services Inc. and its operations. Since joining Flint in 1980, Bryce has served as an accountant and has held various positions in the company including Controller, District Manager, Regional Manager, Secretary/Treasurer and most recently Vice President, Finance and Administration for Flint Energy Services Inc. Bryce has over 28 years of professional experience, including public accounting experience and has completed a variety of management courses from the Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University, University of Oklahoma and Tulsa University. Bryce has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana.

 


Bob HendersonBob Henderson
Vice President, Human Resources

Bob has 15 years of progressive experience in the human resource field with the last 10 years in the Canadian energy sector. Bob previously held senior human resource roles with Halliburton Canada (Human Resource Manager 1997 - 2000) and Nabors Drilling (Human Resource Manager 2000 - 2006). Bob is a graduate of the Business Administration Program at Okanagan College in Kelowna (1985) and a graduate of the University of Athabasca's MBA Program (2003). Bob is a Board member of the Merit Contractors Association of Alberta and has been an active member of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada Human Resource Sub Committee for the past 10 years.
