Flint Transfield Services (FT Services) provides complete delivery of sophisticated management services for all routine maintenance, plant turnarounds for oil sands production facilities, oil refineries and related chemical, energy, electrical and processing plants. Formed in August 2006 as a joint venture partnership with Transfield Services Limited to deliver operations and maintenance solutions to the oil and gas and power generation sectors in Canada.

Global Poly Systems Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Flint Energy Services that manufactures high density polyethylene plastic pipe for gas well tie-ins. Capable of making plastic pipe up to 24 inches in diameter for both energy and water applications. Managing pipe for customers includes storage, transportation, and installation.

JW Williams is a wholly owned subsidiary of Flint Energy Services that is a production and process equipment manufacturing division that serves U.S. natural gas drilling activity in the Rockies and Texas from its facilities in Casper, Wyoming, Waller and Odessa, Texas. JW Williams provides engineering, fabrication, modular assembly and field services in the US and is skilled and experienced in projects related to natural gas and crude oil processing and conditioning. JW Williams' capabilities cover all facets including conceptual design, process design, mechanical design, detailed drawing preparation, materials procurement, equipment fabrication, assembly, quality control start-up, and measurement systems design and manufacturing.

Mackenzie Aboriginal Corporation (MAC) combines knowledge of northern Canada construction with the experience and equipment of northern contractors and established construction companies, to create a unique privately-held construction company.
MAC is an aboriginal-owned company with business relationships with five construction partners (Flint Energy Services Ltd. is one of these five partners) competent in installing large pipelines in northern Canada. MAC is positioned to include competent and successful aboriginal and northern businesses in its contracting and procurement strategy in an attempt to keep much of the benefit of the pipeline construction in the local communities.

(MVC) is the leading heavy equipment and construction company that offers a complete array of services to companies working in the Mackenzie Delta Region of the Northwest Territories.
